Data analysis involves descriptive statistics, inferential tests, and regression modeling to assess the influence of AI and technology adoption on workforce skills and organizational outcomes. The results demonstrate a significant positive relationship between the adoption of AI-driven technologies and improvements in both cloud accounting and organizational outcomes, suggesting that greater adoption enhances workforce capabilities and strengthens organizational outcomes. Furthermore, the adoption of cloud accounting was found to have a positive impact on organizational outcomes, indicating that organizations utilizing AI-powered cloud accounting systems experience improved organizational outcomes. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the role of AI in cloud accounting and its impact on organizational performance, offering valuable insights for decision-makers, policymakers, and researchers.
